Radia Pro, the professional audio division of BG Radia, is shipping its Pro-32, a high-performance loudspeaker designed for demanding applications. The Pro-32 uses the company's planar-ribbon technology for high resolution and controlled directivity, particularly in venues where sound dispersion needs to be focused on a targeted area.

The concept for the Radia Pro-32 was based on a woofer line array and features front-mounted drivers on an extruded aluminum enclosure with a coaxially positioned ribbon tweeter array. The LF section consists of 6-inch-by-5.25-inch drivers, while the tweeter array consists of 9-inch-by-3-inch proprietary planar-ribbon drivers.

Handcrafted from high-grade steel and aircraft-grade aluminum, the loudspeaker's rugged, precision enclosure reduces wall resonance and is available in black or white. A modular design offers the ability to stack multiple Pro-32 modules as needed to increase vertical coverage, throw distance, and low frequency pattern control.

Other features include a lower rate of SPL reduction, cylindrical wavefront, 3 dB loss per doubling of distance in the critical vocal range, and a 120-degree horizontal coverage.
